Hello, i wonder can i delete lines and objects, for example in the floor plan and not lose them in the 3d model ?

3D is 3D.  Lines (except model) are 2D and therefore view specific. 

1. You can hide model elements in a view. 
2. You can use VG to turn off model categories in a view. 
3. You can use view filters to control objects that are filtered in a way you pick. 
4. You can use worksets to control elements in a view. 
5. You can use phases to control objects in a view.
6. And you can use Design Options to control objects in a view.
