So, I apologize if this isn't the correct thread for the technical support.

I am currently in a dilemma of trying to located my family folder for "casework."  For some reason it is not where it used to be and am not familiar enough with Revit to know where it might have disappeared to.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Casework should be with the other families - they are not installed in seperate locations.   Perhaps someone moved, renamed or deleted your folder.

I'd just contact your autodesk reseller and they can give you your missing casework. That's what you pay them for. Very strange how your casework folder and familes suddenly dissappeared. That's a human doing not a software doing.

Noe thing you could try is going to your start menu>control panel>programs>programs and features>scroll down to Revit>right click>change>then "repair". I'm not posting from experience, but you could try this and it may put back the missing folder. If it was with the original instalation of the program you can try different options in that directory.
