I have a grid file within my drawing which is an REVIT LINKED file within the sheet.  

As you can see I have a problem relating to the fact that the grid line and text falls outside of the view port and indeed the sheet.

When I try and amend the size of the viewport what I have discovered is that there is some setting which sets a distance from the edge of the view port and the title of the grid line. 

Can somebody please tell me how you control the relationship between the title of the grid line and the edge of the viewport?  What I am trying to achieve is a minimum distance between the edge of the drawing and the title of the grid line.

I think most people copy / monitor the grids and levels into the local file and then control the grid / level endpoints locally. Then you can use the regular 3D / 2D control of each endpoint per view to tighten it up to fit on the sheet.
