Hi guys, I'm very keen to get some feedback on this.

Our firm has a large institutional project that's already under constuction.

All of a sudden, the client has requested that two whole floors be swapped over - the First Floor moves to the Second and vice versa. Not just soft furnishings, but meeting rooms, offices, laboratories, cool rooms, etc. Except for a few slab setdowns, mechanical ductwork penetrations and one mezzanine void, the structure will remain largely unchanged. It's mainly a matter of swapping the (very complex) fitouts between floors.

What would be the most efficient way to do this to minimise damage and headache? Our model is quite comprehensive, (fully tagged, scheduled, etc.) and this exercise looks like a drawn-out disaster waiting to happen.
