Our firm has a large project that's already under constuction.
All of a sudden the client has requested that two floor fitouts be swapped over - the First Floor moves to the Second and vice versa.
I'd like to backup our central file before proceeding, in case it all goes pear-shaped.
How does on go about backing up a Central File and making sure that the Local Files are updating the new Central File and not the backed-up one?
Thanks!

Just do a save as .... and in that process, check "make this file a central file". Now make sure you close that file and open your old one. Everyone is stll connected to the old file.
