I'm at my wit's end with this... this low roof (see image) is missing a part of it, near where it meets the wall. I need to fix this issue so I can submit it for design review...
I've tried recreating the roof..
The roof is existing to remain..
The roof is an extruded roof, with a custom profile..

Try a Footprint roof instead of an extrusion? It looks like your extrusion is locked to a wall in a previous phase, perhaps? Or use the allign tool to pull the extrusion over to the wall. The allign tool has more power to break weird relationships.

I just figured it out actually - the missing chunk was where the old (1-story) roof was being demo'd and needed to be filled in with a tiny sliver of new roof. Hopefully this helps someone out in the future!
