trying to find a way to link a field selection to a certain value in all cases. Example: "occupancy = assembly" always fills in a value of SF/person = 100. i thought to add a project paramter for rooms but when i go to manage/project parameters the room category does not allow the creation ot "type" parameters, only instance. Style key schedules do not seem to help either. I created a separate style schedule that room style (in this case "occupancy type") does not become selectable in a room finish schedule.

Style key schedule will work if done correctly. Re-read the process in your help.
