It is a common request for us to have to export DWGs for tenant architects to use. We are storing a lot of proprietary information on the rooms themselves, in various parameters. When I export the view, does any of that room information get stored in the DWG?

I know they can check if the DWG was created in Revit, just worried about tenant architects being able to view information they shouldn't have on the space. Thanks in advance!

I can't say for absolute sure but I'd say 'no'.

I also asked the consultant group we hired previously to help develop the workflow- CASE- and they said they didn't think so.

I'm just concerned there's some sort of back door they can find and dig through the meta data or something. Better safe than sorry- especially when it comes to proprietary information!

Thanks!
