HOW DO I COPY SECTION VIEWS FROM ONE PROJECT TO ANOTHER? PLEAE HELP!

Model section views - no way.... They are model driven! ((( If you must - you can export to CAD and re-import as dumb linework in your other file.... A very BAD process that I would never recommend))
Hopefully you have learned to really let your sections be model sections and not drafted over. Typically the model elements will work with only minor modifications like edit cut profile and maybe repeating detail elements like brick and block.
Detail views are different - obviously you add more detail elements here. In these cases, you might try copying the detail elements to clipboard and pasting them in the other file's view.
