Hi All,

I am updating a FF&E schedule and I would like to highlight certain rows in a colour to represent the revision.

Is this possible in Revit??

Thanks

No - Not that I have ever seen.

I'm glad ronmalit pointed you in the useful direction.  I had forgotten about the new conditional formatting.

hi andy1602

hope this will give you idea.

there are workarounds you can do

1. use legend and filled region to manually highlight your rows.

2. use the schedule"conditional formatting" if (only if) you need to automatically highlight cells that contains specific revisions.

Hi,

I found that if I inserted a 'Mark' category into the schedule (which can be hidden as you wont need to see it) and assign a number, 100 for example, it is them possible to assign this Mark to various categories under the 'Conditional Format' and assign a colour.

A ball ache but it works!

thanks
