so i cant seem to see lawn and other divided parts of my area in perspective views in 3d i can see the lawn water etc however when i take a camera shot i cant seem them i checked vv settings and all floors are on unless there is something else in there, please help!

We don't have a clue because you haven't communicated enough. Lawns and water are typically not floors but as a material, grass and water can be assigned to almost any solid.
You problem may be that the category is not on or maybe the item is hidden or maybe you over-rode the element in view or maybe its in a different workset or phase or design option or....... oh .... and you said divided parts....
