I'm looking for some pocket doors or pivot doors that can be modified to fit sizes I need... can anyone help?

Autodesk Revit has a lot of pre-made components in their archives, and I personally prefer using them vs RevitCity due to the fact that the doors from Autodesk are usually fully parametric -- and RevitCity doors can also be hit-or-miss due to the variation of skill in the people creating them.
Coming from someone who works in a firm, eventually you'll have to get into making your own, but here's a good place to start:
