Please can someone advise me of the problem?.

The windows in Revit work fine. Any windows built by someone else may not work correctly. We don't have a clue what window family you are using because you don't tell us, therefore, there is no way to help you.

I have no problems with the 2015 windows..... AGAIN _ WHAT WINDOW?
I don't understand .... we work in a profession that requires good information. Ask your questions better by providing enough information.

It's not all my windows, it is only a couple from the Content Library - Which would be the Double All Bars, Double Plain & Double Variable Casement windows that i have tried, it's like a parameter is missing from it or there is some sort of corruption, I apoligise if i'm not making sence, but the windows worked fine the other week, and only today will not.
These windows were not made by me, but Revit itself, that means there must be a problem with my Revit program or the Revit Library somewhere.

Sorry - The windows you are using are NOT in the stock library. Snip list is below. Someone has either added some bad families to your library or you are using a different library that you have not told us about. I'm in the US Emperial Library.
If you would post one of the families, we might be able to tell you what is wrong with the family. Also include your wall thickness.

The family does not work right, it is not built well. I don't know where you got these but they are not downloaded with my version of Revit

That family doesn't even look right in the family editor. It also doesn't flex when you change types. I doubt very much that this was in the stock UK library.
I suggest you fine a different window because this one has a lot of problems. Check out Autodesk seek. You may have to change the units to work for you but the commercial windows on seek will flex correctly.

I am also having the same issue with UK content fresh out of the box - first project I have done with 2015. Looks just like the image you have posted.
