my revit 2014 would not load construction templates it keeps denying access to the uk construction templates. how can i get the templates or is their a way to create one

Something must be wrong with your install or the location of your templates.  Look for the templates in your library and see if you can load them.

You can create your own template but it is better to start from one that has most of what you need.  Reade this from your HELP:
