Don't make another central.

Do you really want seperate files or could these items be in seperate worksets and turned on when appropriate?

If you need seperate files like we do for structural/mechanical/electrical/architectural, then create a new project and link in your model.  You can read all about linking and using copy/monitor in your help.

Otherwise, just use seperate worksets and views that control what worksets are on.  We put our interior objects in an interiors workset that is normally off in architectural views.  LEARN TO USE VIEW TEMPLATES to do this.

Actually we want new revit user to work on the same project, Let say one to do fire zoning and another may be furniture And I'm thinking to make separate revit file and linking it to me central file to avoid any mistakes

If these people are all working in one document set, which it sounds like they are, then they should be working in the same file.  NOW is the time to learn the correct process. Use worksets.

Will they possible move or change things?  Of coarse but you need to develope and teach a process to minamalize this.  Good habits start now!   Teach them how to pay attenttion to their selections so they don't move/delete or change elements they should not be working on.  Some users will tell you that you can check out worksets to lock these users out but I believe that is a poor substitute for learning to work correctly.  That process will eventually come back and bite you.  Expect / demand that they be responsible.
