Hello! I want to make the mirros from the photo. I tried with mass, 1.In place mass-making two circles, then i select them and 2.Create form-solid form, but it pops up message:Unable to create form element? What should i do?

DON'T USE A MASS!!!!
You can do these as in place extrusions using the wall surface as your work plane pick but you would be far better off to make a parametric family complete with mirror and frame.

How to make in place extrusion? Sorry, i'm still a beginner..

As I said, you would be far better off to do a family. One family for all of the different diameter mirrors. Start with a face based template. Extrue your mirror on the host face using a parameter contolled radius for the extrusion. The frame could be a flat extrusion or a profiled sweep around the mirror.
