Hello,

I just ran into this problem wherein I am unable to open this revit model which I saved last night.I had linked a Skp file into it and then did some modeling on it.Its showing this error "This family instance has too many edges. Remove unnecessary geometry or split the instance into multiple instances." .The revit model doesnt open up so how can I edit or delete the elements with high no. of edges.

Link to the file.

There is no way to edit the skp file in Revit anyway.

If the file is linked, then move it to where revit can't find it.
