Hi All,
I have been using Revit for several months now, started on 2014 LT and then upgraded to 2015 Ultimate on a different machine. I am now having another member of the team join me and wonder what Revit Licence would be best. I am hoping that if he has Revit 2015 standard we can still be compatible between files as I am aware the 2014 does not open 2015. Any other things to be mindful of here?

As long as you are both 2015, it really doesn't matter. Ultimate just gives the user more capability, not a different file structure.
