I am uses Revit 2015

I have a large building that I got from another company as an as-built.  All the structure is included and in the correct location but the sloping is wrong.  When they inserted the structure they did not let the joists and girders link/joint/connect (not sure of Revit nomenclature) so now when I change the slope of the girder, the joists do not move/reslope with it.  My question is – is there a way to get the joists and the girder to link/joint/connect to each other even after they are placed or can that only be done at insertion?

Yup it's too late. They should have enabled '3D Snapping' upon placement.
