Building components - autodesk seek.   Otherwise look at manufacturer's sites and of course here at RevitCity

Have a look at our site as well... we don't have that particular item but there is a lot of good stuff and we can do custom contract work for you as well.

Sketchup items can be brought directly into Revit projects but even better, put them in a family in the appropriate category.
