I've seen a few other posts related to rooms where the color scheme can be changed in the room properties. However, this does not appear to be true for Areas. I cannot make ANY changes to the color scheme or the values for Area Types. Someone in another thread said they were able to create a new value when switched to Area instead of Area Type, which is true, but this new type is not available to be used for the Area object! I'm sure these images have been posted before (below), but I would love to know how this tool is supposed to be used because right now it is extremely obtuse! Thanks in advance.
