I have attached a photo of this, but I am trying to figure out why our titleblock doesn't have the revisions and issues delta symbol around the numbers of each revision. Is it something with the family of the title block? But when we go into the title block, nothing is in that spot for editing. It literally is just finding an imaginary spot to put these. Also, why is the 10 in my photo vertical and not horizontal? How do you edit the formatting of this? I want the delta symbol there for our title block in our office and I feel that drawing them in isn't a good way of doing it. Somehow it is in there, but we cannot find it to edit it anywhere.

Revit does not put a delta around the number in the revision schedule.   No way to do this.  We add a delta to the titleblock revision header instead.
