Hello, I have created a mass and wish to load it into my project but everytime I try I get the same error message which reads "you cannot change the loaded family Family3 to the mass category because it has instances, you must remove any instances from the other category before you can move the family to this category" Please someone guide me in the right direction here im not sure what Revit is asking.. The family is attached.

I did not have a problem loading it.  Does this work for you if you create a new project?
