Question for all you Revit Experts out there: how would you go about adding a floor to a building in the most efficient way? We have a parking structure that is designed with five above ground levels of parking. We need to add a sixth floor but it's not as simple as adding a floor to the top and calling it done. We really need to move floors 2 through 5 up and then add in a new second floor. This is due to certain constraints and space requirements. It has already gone back into the city with comments, so we need to maintain all of our sheet notes. What would be the most efficient way to accomplish this?

Dimension in an elevation all levels floor to floor.  Lock all of these dimensions except the one where you want to add levels.  Pin the lowest level.  Now click on the level above the unlocked dimension and change the now blue dimension to the number it needs to be to add your levels.  Now add your levels.

NOTE - multistory stairs may need to be edited.
