I've searched for an answer to this problem and haven't found anything.  If this is a repeat, please accept my apologies.

Project: Hospital ward, built in 8 phases. Working drawings will be issued 1) as a full set for bidding, and 2) as a single phase for construction.

We want to note & detail one bathroom and reference it in 7 of the phases, so it would appear on 7 different sheets.

Is there a straightforward solution?

Thanks,

Julie

I assume you are you asking about the callouts? .... or are you talking about using the same view on seven sheets?

Obviously you can duplicate a view with detailing as a dependent and place the duplicated views on multiple sheets.  I would assume you can then use the reference other view to call those out but the phase of the callout may cause problems.

Please let us know when you test it out.

It worked!  I didn't think of this approach - I haven't spent a lot of time working with dependent views.  There are no apparent problems with the phase difference.

Thanks for the help.
