Hi!
I was wondering if there's a fix for this?
Thanks.

Solution - Don't import CAD. Create natively in Revit.
You don't give us enough information to say anything else. There are multiple possibilities for this and they all rest with the CAD drawing.

that happens when you import the acad file under the manual origin or manual base option, so try importing it in "auto origin to origin" and then you move it manualy to its correct position.
