Hi,

1 - as attachment no.1 when i place a rebars the hook length is going outside the cover, why?

2 - in case of changing the bar diameter, have i change the dimension properties (standard bend diameter, hook bend diameter, stirrup bend diameter & maximum bend radius) like in attachment no.2? & is there any available bar diameters types like 18mm, 20mm with complete properties.

It looks like the rebar hook family has a large 'Extension Multiplier'. Identify the hook that is being used then find it under the 'structural rebar' category in the project browser. Double click the type itself to open the type properties and note the Extension Multiplier. The default is 10. My image below shows a setting of 50 so it's poking thru the slab in my path reinforcing.

I used the revit extension to rebar the footings, so some footing hooks are inside and some not, if i changed the multiplier then all changed, i want only change the footings that hooks going out.
