I have a storefront in my project. I want to replace the glazing panel with a storefront door. When I try to select the glazing panel it will not let me select the panel or any of the mullions.  I can, however, select the grid itself and the storefront as a whole.  I cannot window select and filter out the the mullions or panels themselves.  I then opened the project on another machine in the office and the storefront system works as it should and i have no problems selecting mullions.

Is this a setting I may have inadvertantly selected or deselected? I am currently working in Revit 2014.

In 2014-15 you can turn on a setting under the Modify tool so that you aren't able to select pinned elements, try that first.  Did you also try tabbing to the element you are trying to pick?

The box for selecting pinned items was unchecked. This was the problem.   Thank you so much for the help, it saved me hours of headache searching.
