I am trying to create a simple curtain wall. I'm to the point of adding mullions but I continue to get the message:"No curtain wall mullions family is loaded in the project. Would you like to load one now?" I click Yes. But after that, I can't seem to find any mullion families to load.

When you click yes go to Profiles>Curtain Wall and you will have mullions there.
