When I imput the folliwng distances and bearing they do not close.  Can anybody figure out why they are not working.  I attached what I have and what I am trying to work from.

The bottom bearing I had to do East instead of West and the 100.04 distance I had to do North instead of South to get it to even come close.

Got any soultions?

It actually closes perfectly as it should. I suspect you are rotating one of the segments the wrong way. First draw each segment vertically at the correct length. Then one by one rotate each segment the correct angle and then place them end to end and pay attention to the North going East /West or South going East or west. Attached is an image and the tags show only North going West but the bearing is the same.

I am new to this distance and bearing.  Did you use the distance and bearing or did you use the sketch way.  If you used the table did you put in each one or did you put them all in and then hit done.  Thanks for your time dgcad.   I will keep messing with it too.

Also did you tag the property line or do you use another feature to get the distance and bearing to show up the way you did?

I did switch the last two so it works but will this be ok if it does not match the bearing and distance from the county?

Don't use the table method. Sketch each line vertically the correct length. Then rotate them then place them end to end.
