Hi all,
would like to import [or better DWG-LINK] a 3d wireframe where each 3d line-element [ in all kind of angles and rotational possibilities] should represent the axis-line of a steel-profile or a composed steel-structure

is it possible to populate the imported model with parametric structural elements [like tubes or else].

waiting for your responds,

E

you will be able to import into Revit, but it won't be parametric.

I do no that i can import the wireframe into revit, but what i wanted to know is if it is possible to populate those lines [in all directions] with parametric konstruktional content [profiles], and while updating the initial dwg to update the model aswell.

kind regards
E
