I have created a custom mullion profile, but when nested into project and curtain wall, they do not intersect the way I desire.

Photo 1 shows the connection I want.

Photo 2 shows that once nested into a curtain wall system,

the vertical and horizontal mullions are not continous but disconnect at the intersection.

Photo 3 shows how I have constructed the custom profile. (I followed the instructions from : http://vimeo.com/m/51785546)

Please help!
