Hello. Please help. I haven't been using revit almost for a year. I started to work again, I created walls then when I wanted to add generic floor modify tab became grey with no tools to sketch foor. At the same time other tabs become grey. I am attaching jpeg as an example of what happens tomodify and other tabs when I want to create floor.

I am using Revit 2012. I did not update anything for almost a year. And I do not remember updating anything even before. Is my problem updates related? How do I update it? I thought updates are automatical. Thanks in advance

I have installed web updates2. After updates I can see tools in draw palette, but stil not able to sketch a floor. Should I istall some other updates? I have never installed updates before and it worked just fine. Am I facing problems because I did not open my Revit for almost a year and thus skipped all automatical updates? Thanks in advance

You should install all updates .... in order.   I believe 2012 only had 2 updates.
