Working in 2013. I guess my first question would be, does Revit 2013 otb have a t-stat family? I cannot locate one. Next question, I have linked the architectural model into my mechanical model. I found a t-stat family on RevitCity but it is wall hosted. Which would be fine but since i am in my mechanical model it does not recognize the architectural wall model. I can draw a little piece of wall in my mech. model but that takes too much time if I have multiple t-stats. For the time being I have made a "dummy" t-stat symbol but that isn't what I want. The t-stat should be "Revit smart" so you can click it and tells you the ht, what unit, etc. Any suggestions?

This is in the 2014 library - I assume there is also one in 2013.

Electrical / MEP / Information and Communication/building controls

You are correct. I found it and it works like a charm. Seems to me the family shouldn't be located in the electrical folder. Thanks again
