I had this some time ago. The could find no way round it. I had to delete the levels and draw a level in elevation using the new level command. Then copy and paste objects between the levels. Then they appear in project browser. Not sure if anyone knows of another way with "copied" levels.

After copying the levels in elevation, go to View>New>Floor Plan. Select the Levels you want to create Floor Plans for. These created Floor Plans will now show up in the Project Browser. In your elevation, levels show as blue when they have a plan asociated with them, otherwise as black.

you will need to create your plans to show up... view tab on the left-->Floor Plan... and pick your floor plans Smile
