I'm helping out a firm by cleaning up some families and their doors are playing with my brain. There are 2 paramaters within the family (specifically, the frame) for material and finish that are extra. These parameters don't show up on the schedule and I cannot, for the life of me, find where they are coming from! The frame is made of a sweep and doesn't appear to be there. I *think* it's when the door and frame are brought into one family that something is added, but I'm not seeing why or how. Has anyone else run into this problem??

Not a parameters can be scheduled but I would think that is the reason for your parameters.  Edit your schedule and see if you can include them.

You can add parameters to elements by adding them to the project and assigning them to the element.  You can also add parameters to an element by way of the schedule.

If parameters are assigned to a family that is nested in another family and the nested family is not set to shared, then those parameters will not be available in the project.
