We don't have enough information to help you.  Did you create your floor plans correctly?  Do you actually have a second floor level or did you just copy the first floor plan and rename it to second floor?  Spend time with your HELP on creating Levels and Floor Plans

You need to read in your HELP and watch some tutorials on creating levels.  Once you create your levels you can create your floor plans (plans can also be automatically created from levels.)
