Do I've downloaded something from this website and I can open it up as a Revit file or load it as a family. After I load it as a family in the file that I am working on, how do I place it in my project?

Also does anyone have experience with curtain walls? I can't seem to get this storefront to work around my concrete floors.

We don't know what the family is....that might have been good to list don't you think?

I think you need to spend time with some Revit tutorials.  Revit elements can  be hosted and depending on the host, you need to be in the correct view to place those.  System elements often require that you are using the proper system menu.

Storefronts won't work around floors in real life or Revit.  You need to do that.

If you had opened that family, you would see that it is furniture systems and level hosted.  Open a plan, turn on furniture systems in VG and place the family.
