For windows with mullions there are some out on the Revit web library. Load Family>Web Library
http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/index.html
They are the Anderson 400 Casement series.
Over on www.augi.com Abe Degan posted some of his ultra custom Anderson families with various types of mullions. Do a search over there and you should find them.
