Is there an equivalent of the m2p command in AutoCAD for Revit?

You can automatically snap to the middle of any line - wall etc in Revit.

No not currently. You will need to draw a line between the 2 points to find the midpoint then you can erase the line after.
As WWHUB said if your are looking for the midpoint of an overall element then yesm type SM and you will get the midpoint, but not if you want to get the midpoint of say a canteleverd beam between 2 columns.
