I would like to use an elevation target that is filled as opposed to the open (unfilled) elevation target that is provided. is there a way to change it out or add the filled elevation target head to the list of arrow heads.

my ultimate goal is to have the target symbol be at the actual location where the elevation is taken from when using the spot elevation.

Arrowhead definitions are severly limited and have not changed since near the beginning.  Sorry.
