What objects? Do you mean the door? If so, look at the door family. I would bet that in plan view, those are just annotative lines - not a solid object.

Here is another image. The floor material is a separate 1/4" floor layer on top of the existing floor. I believe it is a tile pattern. How do I verify this information?

From these images, it appears that these are just filled regions.....If it were a floor pattern, the plumbing fixtures would usually hide it.
You say how do you verify?.... You didn't do this?
Edit the view and check for a filled region.

The floor pattern is created with the paint tool. The finish material is VCT - vinyl composition tile - with a surface pattern of 12" tile. I was able to resolve the lines painted over the toilet by switching to hidden lines. The painted surface (lines) through the door are still showing up. How can I remove the painted surface from the doors?

As WWHub said previously look at the door family in plan view, those are most likely just annotative lines - not a solid object.

The doors is a single flush door 32" x 80" . It is a 3-dimensional door. It was insert in the host wall. Architecture / Build / Door.

You are not listening. The standard door family is modeled with the door shut - not open. What you see in plan for the door leaf is annotation lines, not a solid. If you don't want the pattern to show through, you have to edit the door family.
