I have the AutoCAD drawings for a Paladian Window assembly and I want to use it in my Revit model with full window properties.  Is it an easy procedure?

I'm not sure what you are asking.. You will need to create a Revit window family using the CAD drawings as a guideling in order to use it in a Revit project.

Autocad drawings are 2D..  You can import those into a new window family and use them to create 2D linework for plan/and or elevation views but you want your window family to cut a hole in the wall and have 3D elements.  You have to create that yourself.  Start by using the window template.

An option is to find a similar window family and start with that.  Import your can into that as a background to edit the family.

In both of the above - delete the CAD import before finalizing the family.

For more family building information, download the "families guide" from the autodesk site.
