in Revit 2014, is there a way to draw cable tray with clearance? the only way that i have found to show the space that i need is to simply make the tray bigger. but i would like to show the clearance with a 60% transparency. any ideas? the out of the box cable tray does not even allow you to go into the family editor.

I don't think there is a means OOTB. At least with Ducts you can use the Insulation aspect. Not so lucky with Cable Tray.
