Hi everyone,

I am having a big problem for a while. I have been printing several plans with different settings but no luck. They all turned out gray.  This happens when I have perspectives on the sheet but only when they have shadows. When I turned shadows off. It just prints fine. Any ideas of what might be the causing it.

First, if a view is active on the sheet, the sheet will slightly ghost.  Is that your problem?

Otherwise:

• Have you got the latest print drivers installed?
• Have you got all of the updates for your Revit?  2014 - 2 updates, 2013 - 3 updates
• Have you ever clead out your machine's temp files?  CCleaner works best.
• Does your machine have enough memory?

• Does your machine have enough memory? It has 8 gb of ram and my files are not saved in the main drive. They are saved in a different location.

I did all that and I restarted computer. I am still having the same problem.
