Is there a way to display the ceiling height in the room schedule? I could add a parameter in the room schedule and edit it in manually, but I am trying to avoid any coordination problems this approach might create. The ceiling schedule does not have a room category, and the room schedule does not display the ceiling height as a parameter choice. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to link the two? I am still new at this, and any suggestions are greatly appreciated. -Marc

I've been wanting to do this too. Haven't found a way other than manually entering ceiling height.

I put this problem up on another post then figured it out.

Start by setting the upper limit higher then the ceiling. Place in a room schedule the area, and Volume

make a calculated value Called CryingClng Hght) or what ever you wish to call it , volume divided by the area Remeber to set the formula for length. This will give you the height of the Ceiling. Draw Back is only editible by moving the ceiling. cannot edit fromthe schedule itself.  Hide the Columns you do not want to show in the schedule.

I made sure it was selected as "length", the formula is Volume/Area, used by "project settings" and selected my own, no luck.  This is an existing schedule that I am adding the clng hgt column to.  Can you think of what I am doing wrong?
