I'm trying to use the Isolated Footing Tool to Place Isolated Footing Outside the Building Model (Covered Terrace area)

The Footing show up great within the building model itself however once I go outside the model (Stem Wall Location) it dissapears.

Is there a way to get the Isolated Footing to show up?

I tried to attach it to a Structural Column..
