I have been taking some time to completely overhaul my library and make my families more powerful and useful for what I need. What I'm trying to do is have the parameter "Shelving" drive two different visibility controls. The parameters "One Shelf" and "Multi Shelf" are controlled by an integer parameter.
What I want to do is have the "One Shelf" and "Multi Shelf" normally be visible based of the formula I have already imputted, but I also want to control both of them via "Shelving". This is a wall cabinet family and I want to be able to turn of all shelving under certain circumstances and the rest of the time let the one shelf/multi shelf parameter drive the family the rest of the time.
Is there a way to say "One Shelf = Array Num >2 AND Shelving"?

I ended up answering my own question at some point during the day. While there is plenty of information about "IF" statements, it turns out there is an "AND" statement that isn't so easy to google. Anyways, the answer was:
and(Array Num > 2, Shelving)
I had to put this statement for both single and multi shelves (adjusted accordingly)
Now when I toggle the Shelving visibility, it also will turn off the single shelf or multi shelves too. Problem solved.

The Help says: IF with logical AND: =IF ( AND (x = 1 , y = 2), 8 , 3 )
Is that what you did?

Nope! All I did was:
and(Array Num >2, Shelving)
I guess the "and" part just lets you pick two different parameters to control one type of parameter. This was used for visibility controls though so I don't know how well this works for other types or if you mix and match (such as integer and length).
