I have no idea what you are looking for?  You want people to make these for you?  What is a tilt window and circular bar?

Well if you just need to show the window open just create a model in-place component and give it the same material as your curtain wall and set your curtain wall panel to empty.  The circular bar is just a couple extrusions/sweeps, you can create this as a family.  You can learn more about creating families here http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Autodesk-Revit-Architecture-Families-Guide.html
