I am trying to join the two corner gutters, can anyone tell me how it's done or are there any tutorials anywhere on the net?

If you have used one gutter profile for both edges and they are in the same sketch, and the edges are in the same plane, the gutters should automatically mitre at the corners. If for instance you have place two separate gutters and they have the same properties delete one, select the other and choose ADD NEXT and then pick the roof edge. These gutters should then mitre.
